All services, including consultations, readings, and spiritual guidance sessions, are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, clients are not eligible for a refund, regardless of the outcome or client’s satisfaction level with the service.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a scheduled session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, you may do so by contacting us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability.

3. Product Purchases

For any physical or digital products sold on Haridasastrologer, all sales are final and non-refundable once the order has been confirmed. If a product arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare, exceptional cases, we may consider a partial refund at our discretion. Please contact us if you feel your situation warrants special consideration, though approval is not guaranteed.
